Check-in was a bit frustrating, involving the need to switch rooms. Room was decent, but AC wasn't overly powerful or cool. Hotel itself isn't too far from the subway and is close to the Electronics mall, which is well worth visiting if you're into anything and everything involving electronics.

A great value and a great location.

I always try to find hotels near food and easy access to transportation, this hotel meets both and more, there’s big shopping mall close by as well. Subway stop is a block and half away, that subway line goes to the airport on one end and to the heart of town on the other end. The hotel room is spacious and clean, if there was a bathtub that will make it perfect. Overall, this hotel is a great value. I will always stay here when I am in Shenzhen and when rooms are available.

Old hotel, great location, great price

The hotel is a bit old but clean although my non-smoking room was a bit "smoke smelly", they even had the window open when I entered the room. But other than that I enjoyed my stay especially because of its vicinity to the electronics market.

My view of the recent stay is that is falls BELOW all the ratings which I read in Hotel.com's review. In particular, the hotel staff is not very friendly and helpful. Very cold and impersonal when ask questions. None of the front desk staff ever smile to their hotel guests.

櫃台不懂變通

訂的是三人房，到現場說是二人房，加床另給120RMB/夜，房間小硬塞床，走道剩一點點。 其次早餐券一張/天，我要求合併3張給同一天，說沒有三天份，只有第一天有贈，結果剩下 天天給，我們不想花35RMB/人去吃，也不想一家人分開吃飯，這點安排，失敗！

中国らしいホテルだなあと思いました。施設は普通です。客室のにおいが少し気になりました。 フロントは中国らしく　あまりいい対応ではないかと思います。英語も通じにくいし　 私は　1泊泊まるだけでしたので　いいですが滞在して　何か従業員に聞いたりリクエスト するには　あまり教育もされてないような印象を受けました。

意外驚喜

地圖不正確，這酒店是在华強路站的D出口，与格蘭云天酒店一路之隔，並不如地圖所指在上海賓館後，酒店房間舒適清潔，只是木製家略舊，房間比想像中大，很好，下次再來。

Hotel funcional muy bien ubicado

En general todo estuvo muy bien excepto el personal de recepción y del pequeño restaurante donde las sonrisas y actitud proactiva que encontré en las expresas wue visitamos reinaba por su ausencia. Comente con una de las supervisoras de recepción que no entendía si todos llevaban un pin de sonrisa amarillo bien vistoso no lo ponían en práctica, tampoco se dio por aludida. Canales internacionales son de pago.

Great hotel

Perfect location. Helpful and friendly staff. Would definitely go again Only a few metres from metro. Fantastic shopping centre up the road with everything you would want including markets with bargain products. Really the only complaint was the poor wifi. It does work but a bit slow and prone to dropping out for a few seconds. Tested it in several locations in the hotel made no difference But I was on a business trip and it was useable. One last thing, this applies to any hotel in China. There can be mosquitos in your room and you can't see them. Did not try the restaurant. Prefer McDonalds McCafe up the road. At night - Put on the spray. Also on ankles if your feet stick out of the bottom of the bed. Or long socks. The bites can be big in Shenzhen.

화창베이 시장조사를 위한 숙소

금연층 예약했는데도 이불에서 담배 냄새 났고, 옆방에서 담배피우는 냄새가 다 들어왔음. 방음 전혀 안되고 에어콘은 시끄럽기만 하고 시원하지 않아요. 그냥 싼맛에 사용합니다. 단지 화창베이 근처라서 시장 접근성만 좋습니다.

체크인 절차 간소하여 편하였지만 직원 영어 소통이 다소 부자연스러웠음. 조식이 낮은 수준임. 그래도 가격대비 좋은 호텔이고 다시 화창베이 가면 여기에서 묵을 듯.

호텔스닷컴이 소개하지만 실시간 정보전달이 안되는 호텔

급히 숙소를 잡아야해서 호텔스닷컴을 통해 SZ포츈의 정보를 찾고 모바일 예약을 했으며 결제도 되었지만 호텔에서는 호텔스닷컴의 예약정보가 확인되질 않았고 반 시간 이상 실랑이 끝에 그냥 현금결제를 하고 투숙 했습니다. 결국 호텔스닷컴은 중국에서는 더구나 당일 예약으로는 안된다는 교훈을 얻었습니다. 이년전인가 상해에서도 유사한 일이 있었고 그때는 호텔스닷컴에 전화로 연결한 끝에 이용을 했습니다. 앞으로 어지간한 경우가 아니면 호텔스닷컴을 이용하지도 가능하면 다른 사람들에게도 말릴 참입니다. 어이 없는 이 감상평은. 귀사의 제휴호텔 연결망을 믿고 카드번호를 눌러야 했던 급한 여행객의 불쾌한 헤프닝이 될테니까요.
