前台員工服務態度極差。在入住第一天，我表示訂錯兩張床房間，向前台員工反影可否换1張双人床的房。這名員工只顧玩手机，愛理不理回答[ 沒房，明天再來。]。 第二天旁晚，我向同一名前台員工要求房間換日用品，她再一次只顧玩手机，愛理不理回答 [ 有啦,清潔姐姐會做。 ] 我要索取她的姓名，她手蓋着名牌不回答，這是什麼態度。還說是3星酒店，相比我曾住的南國賓館還要差，不知所謂。以後也不會再光顧這酒店。

乾淨整潔，房內的配套也很齊備，電源位置也很充足，不用帶備轉插也能使用，只是空調不易控制，要致電房務才能懂得怎麼控制。酒店樓下有便利店，非常方便。酒店地址不難找，在皇崗過關後沿天橋走過去便可。

靠近關口是賣點, 附近也有很多港式食店, 很適合香港人口胃. 我幾年前過深圳都選擇住這裡, 最近覺得房價格也不時提升, 酒店的設施也變舊了.

Very spacious and modern rooms. Super clean, quiet, and AC is strong. Bed is also very comfy and bed sheets is soft. Very easy walk to Huanggong Port or Shenzhen Metro #7. A good hotel to base in if you're visiting Hong Kong, without the Hong Kong prices. I would even say the rooms in this hotel is better than the 4/5 star hotels in Hong Kong. The only thing to maybe complain about is the walking distance from elevator to room. If your room is on the far end of the building it could take a 3-5 min walk if you don't get lost in the maze-like hallways. Make sure you get the Business Room (A) or better, as it is much bigger and nicer than the discount rooms (C).
