There was was construction going on so we had to move our room. The floor they moved us too was a smoking floor the bed was hard and huge nothing cozy about that at all

This is a very new hotel. The room is very spacious, all facilities are in quite good conditions. It close to Taiyuan Street which used to be very popular shopping area in Shenyang but not now. The traffics in this area are always busy. You may need to wait for longer time to call a taxi or uber. ...

The hotel located near the metro station: "City library". Convenient for dinning and shopping, quiet room. clean and spacious. The staff is very helpful.
