"The door stuck and was very hard to open. THE SHEETS DID NOT FIT THE BED, THE COFFEE DID NOT FIT INTO THE COFFE MAKER. THE TRAY WAS OVER SIZED. THE COFFEE WAS LOSE IN THE ENVELOPE. THE IRONING BOARD COVER WOULD NOT STAY ON THE IRONING BOARD. ONE OF THE WORST STAYS I HAVE HAD IN A VERY LONG TIME."

"We had a wonderful stay at The Guest House at Graceland. The hotel is beautiful, well-maintained, and full of unique touches that make the experience special. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always helpful throughout our visit.
We especially enjoyed the amenities, including the pool, movie theater, and the iconic Graceland staircase display. The restaurants on-site offered great food and added to the overall experience.
Everything exceeded our expectations, and we had a fantastic time....

"The hotel was very clean, quiet and felt safe to be in and around the area. Breakfast was simple but had enough good food to fill us up before a day of exploring Memphis.
Staff were so helpful and polite.
Definitely would stay again if we come back to TN"

"The pool was closed, elevator was not working, and only 1 machine was operating in the exercise room.
