"Hotel was perfect for what we needed. Clean, comfortable and close to Harry Potter Studios. Free minibar in premier room. Spacious room (104) with large bathroom away from main bedroom area. Food was a little pricey but expected at hotels and was delicious. Good breakfast. "

"All hotel staff were polite, friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. Our room and the majority of the hotel and its facilities were spotlessly clean. The hotel food was excellent. The breakfast was quite expensive considering it was not included, but there was a wide choice of options for every dietary requirement. Not a major issue, but the area of the gym used for stretching (which was located behind the machines was quite dusty in the corners and they could do with some new mats in...
