ibis budget Sheffield Arena
Clean and tidy. Night time staff not so sure of what they needed to do. For example, I paid for parking but they didn’t give us a ticket to display in the car which could have resulted in a fine for us. It was only after we asked that a ticket was produced.

Leopold Hotel
We did complain as the car park used for a discounted price was no longer used by the hotel ,they apologised and said it was Expedias fault as you have not updated your app info.Your bad Expedia.
