"Floor was completely engulf in a musty, moldy smell. Damp carpet, filmy bathroom. Lamp shades, walls, door trim as well as bathroom surfaces unclean. Coffee maker was scaly and shower had not been completely clean and if I hadn't sprayed the room with bug spray and off deep woods I would have had mosquito bites. Original towels were so dusty used them to clean the floors."

"Our stay last night was very unpleasant. We were super excited about our stay with you all, as the hotel is very quaint and has so much character and charm. The hotel was also extremely convenient for a wedding we attended just a few blocks away. However, our room was extremely loud, as the wall of our headboard backed up to the club, FloBama, directly next door. The music went on until after 2:00 AM, and the traffic noise (e.g., honking horns, motorcycle traffic, screaming and yelling)...

"The room was ok & the beds were actually pretty good but the bathroom was honestly kind of gross. There was what appeared to be a new tub surround, but there was mold around it. The tub had been repainted at some point and the paint was peeling and stained. The baseboards were dirty. Honestly, had there been another hotel that was open nearby & if we'd been able to get a refund, we most likely would have gone somewhere else."

"Nice staff but property is falling apart. TVs don’t have connection to cable or wifi. No maid service except they bring some yellowing towels sometimes. Toilet paper perhaps? Hey there IS coffee in the lobby. But the juice is orange colored water. My bathroom didn’t even have a shower curtain. Had to go get one and install it myself. Another relative joined us, her assigned room hadn’t been cleaned from previous guest. Place needs work."
