"Breakfast was cold and picked over, the hotel was severely outdated unlike the pictures shown on Expedia. When we stepped off the elevator, everything was yellowed with age. The ceiling had had leaks and tiles needed replacing in our room. "

"The room itself was fine, was pretty disappointed with my shower my entire stay. My water didn’t get hot for showers until our check out day, where there was a plumber there fixing something. I had my do not disturb on the door and got disturbed by staff either by phone call or knocking at the door to ask us for the towels - not to clean our room but to get our towels every morning by 10am but Saturday morning. "Quiet, and clean staff was courteous and attendant"

"We were greeted pleasantly by staff at check in. Lobby was clean and neat. But the staircase was dirty w dried mud from boots (guests working construction like jobs.) The room was visibly tired. Sheets and blanket were thin and worn. Curtains were missing hooks so they couldn’t stay closed properly. Breakfast was less than average though we did find yogurt and fruit."
