"All good. Especially the two young ladies at reception(sorry didn’t get their names). Very pleased with everything. Only slight disappointment was the lack of views from the window. Would 100% stay again but ask for room with better view. I live in Leicester and stayed in most of the hotels. This is definitely one of the better ones. Please don’t stay at the Hilton. It’s disgusting "

"I had an excellent experience here. I checked in during the early hours, and the porter was already waiting—very friendly and even offered me tea or coffee on arrival. The room was spotless, compact, and perfect for a one-night stay, with a lovely bath towel provided. There was no hairdryer in the room, but otherwise everything was just right. Dirty around property meaning on the main path outside property burst and rotten and smelly rubbish all along path guessing the council bin men have had strike action and council not quick enough to clean area up thoroughly."
