"ROOMS WERE CLEAN AND RELATIVELY COMFORTABLE. fIRST ROOM TV DID NOT WORK AND TOOK TOO LONG TO BE ASSIGNED A NEW ROOM. HAD TO CALL DESK THREE TIMES THE HILL SIDE BUILDING IS A LITTLE INCONVENIENT TO GET TO OFFICE AND DIFFICULT TO FIND WAY TO OTHER BUILDING AT FIRST. WAS JUST TOLD TO WALK ACROSS BRIDGE AND TAKE ELEVATOR TO GARAGE BUT NO INCIATION WHERE IT WAS LOCATED A MAP WOULD HAVE BEEN USEFUL."
