1. Mandarin Oriental, Muscat
Mandarin Oriental, MuscatShati Al Qurum
9.8 daripada 10, Luar biasa, (100 ulasan)
"Our stay unfortunately began with a terrible check-in experience - two of our assigned rooms were infested with bugs. Given the luxury reputation of the Mandarin Oriental brand, this left a massive sour taste in our mouths. To their credit, management handled it as expected, promptly offering alternative rooms so we could settle in.
Once resolved, our stay genuinely got much better...

"I had a pleasant stay at IntercityHotel Muscat. The hotel is very clean, well maintained, and the staff are friendly, professional, and always helpful. The location is also convenient for getting around Muscat.
The only downside was that the rooms are a bit small and my room did not have a nice view. However, for a short stay, the comfort, cleanliness, and service made up for it.
Overall, it’s a good option for travelers looking for a clean and comfortable hotel with helpful staff at a...
