"Well, there are pros and cons for this place. The big pro is it’s literally just right on the beach. Great outdoor chairs, hammocks, loungers and picnic tables. The size of our 2 bedroom rental was good for our family of 5. Good water pressure and lots of hot water. Cons: the unit was very shabby, large cracks in floorboards in main bedroom and in bathroom. "Hotel is new and very well maintained. Loved the tiki bar near the pool area and the restaurant attached to the hotel. Brewery next door was in walking distance and also very good. Would definitely stay here again."

"When speaking to the manager, it seemed super nice & well managed. Once we got to the property & entered it looked nice, but that was before looking closer… When we pulled down one of the futon beds, crumbs & yucky stuff FLEW everywhere. & when we covered that up with a sheet & then opened up a blanket to get some sleep after a long day of travels, we noticed a… peculiar… stain on the blanket. With there being a washer & dryer on site, that was enough for us to grab our things & leave....

"Place is and absolute dump. Rooms are fithly and moldy. Toilet seat was barely attached moving. Stained chairs and couch. Have pictures to prove it. Hair dryer broken off wall attached to hook on back of door. Right next door to a motel 6. Homeless everywhere. Told staff and showed pictures and they did nothing bout it. No pool at all. They let you use their sister hotel few blocks away. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Absolutely disgusting.

"Unfortunately we were locked out our first night and had to sleep in the car. I never received an email that the check in code changed after entering and didnt have a new code to get in my door. Additionally i emailed the owner after booking to confirm it was okay to leave my car while I went in a 7 day cruise. The owner said it was not problem at all and told me the spot number to park in. Upon return from our cruise we had a sticker from law enforcement saying it was going to be towed....

"The room and bathroom were very clean and the bed was comfortable; that's it. Very little pressure on the shower, barely enough to get wet. We were able to connect the tv to the internet but could not open any of the aps, kept getting error message. The internet was too weak for streaming and kept turning on and off on the iPad. Service was non-existent. They are contactless to the point there is no staff anywhere to be found. The front office was closed, lights out when we arrived around...
