"Outdated and disappointing. Not unclean, but clearly old/outdated. Room had a kind of musty smell. Stood in line for quite a while to check-in. Parking garage system worked weird / not as the instructions claimed. Finally figured it out and was able to exit; fortunately no one was behind me. Probably time to tear this place down and build something more modern with a better flow. Weird layout."

"The hotel restaurant, Bistro 39, was fantastic. The service was friendly, the food was fresh and the atmosphere was comfortable. Our room was big and the bed was very comfortable, even though it was a little squeaky. We didn't have a table on the left side of the bed, and when asked about it, the staff graciously accommodated us with one. It was nice and quiet. We also appreciated the nice shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion that was provided. They all smelled lovely! All in all, a wonderful stay!"

" Check in very easy as well as check out. Shout out to Mike, who was very helpful and sweet even gave us options on what to do in San Diego. Absolutely love the breakfast good quality and complimentary. I am deducting points because you charge for parking and secondly, you’re adding tax to parking. Never have I been somewhere where they’re charging me tax on the parking! Note to the hotel offer free parking to your guests and if you’re going tocharge us, don’t add any more tax to that!!"
