"The rooms looked nothing like pictured on the website. The staff didn’t help except provide an extra fan when the room was too hot. Apparently they were “fully booked” and couldn’t relocate us. The parking lot wasn’t full.. The window was open upon arrival which also had an active bird nest outside of It. With the window open bugs were all over the room. "This was a fabulous property, beautiful, clean, comfortable and felt like a splurge. The service was impeccable. The only thing that caught us off guard was how massive the property was. We booked 4 rooms, and they were not near each other so it was a significant amount of walking and getting lost.
