They did not follow through with the requests even when going down to ask if they were still going to do so. "Rooms were spacious, modern and clean. We didn’t use the spa due to only staying one night and the extra charge as booked through Expedia but if book direct, it’s included. Breakfast was £16.95 and worth it. Great choice. Lovely outdoor seating area. Beds comfy. Bathrooms good. Quiet location. All was good."
