주변에 1933거리가 있어서 사진도 찍고, 공연도 보고, 주변에 식당도 있어서 편안했어요..

Ok hotell, vi fick ett rum nära hissen. Man hörde folk pratar när de väntade på hissen. Det finns folk som rökte medan de väntade på hissen också, liten del av röken kom in till vårt rum.

전체적인 느낌은 깔끔하다는 것입니다 객실 실내장식도 고급스럽고 깨끗한 이미였습니다 단지 아쉬움이 있다면 조식이 포함되지 않았다는 것과 개별로 호텔 조식을 이용하려고 선불로 계산하고 뷔페식 식당에 들어갔는데 먹을게 거의 없다는겁니다 조식시간이 6:30분부터 10시까지인데 8시경에 입장했는데도 동이난 음식이 대부분이고 빈 음식은 다시 리필을 해놓지 않는다는겁니다 그래서 부득이 환불요청을하고 밖에서 식사를 대체하였습니다

Very central location

The hotel staff need to be more aware when the guest is coming at late flight so there is no misunderstanding in reservation, otherwise what i liked that even with language barrier it got resolved in minutes.

Hair everywhere!

This hotel was mediocre at best.. To make a long story short. The rooms are not cleaned. I found hair (other than my own), and dust all over the floors & bathroom in 2 different rooms. It's obvious that the rooms beds are made but no attention is taken to sweep or mop, or vacuum after rooms are vacated. The first room I was given, had a busted security mechanism on the door which told me that something violent had happened in the room, such as a murder, suicide, or some sort of crime. Whether that is the case or not, things like that should obviously be repaired to remove doubt in guests minds, and to ensure a comfortable stay for residents. Out of sight out of mind right?? The service was good though, I was immediately moved after explaining why I was requesting a new room, to a staff that at first acted stupid as to my concerns... but without much hesitance, gave in to my demands. In conclusion, if your on a budget, for the price the location is good and central, and I'm sure if there is anything wrong, the staff will take care of it. But I wouldn't stay there again myself after this experience. China is a funny place, where customer service at this level of spending is sparse.. so beware of this b4 going places like this on a budget.

身体と頭を洗う、シャンプーが一つ。 扉から踏み込み等がないので、イメージでいうと、日本のビジネスホテルのレイアウト悪いやつと言う感じ。 しかし、汚いという感じはしなかったので、この近辺に用事のある方はいいかも。

３星としては良いホテルかな？

中国の３星級のホテルとしては良いホテルと思う。具体的には以下のとおり。 [良い点] 1. 部屋が予想外に清潔であったこと、特に、床、ベット、トイレ、シャワーブースなど。 2. フロントスタッフの皆が英語が出来て、意思疎通が容易であり、対応も大変良かったこと。 3. ホテル周辺には地元の食堂が何軒もあり、食べるのには困らなかったこと。 [不満な点] 1. 部屋の備品の一部（ソファー等）が少し傷んでいたり、汚れていたのが残念であった。 2. 自分の部屋の向かいが金利SPAの部屋があり、夜遅くまでそこの従業員達のデカイ声でのお喋りの煩さには閉口した。 3. 現在、ホテルが改装工事中のためなのか、理由は分からないが、ホテル内の廊下のカーペット、特にエレベーター周辺など、がひどく汚れていたのは残念だった。

Hotel thru Expedia pricing was excellent value.

Hotel thru Expedia was excellent. Will need to take cabs as a twenty minute walk to either the #8 or #10 subway line. Hotel staff is very accommodating but few speak English. Room was spotless and overall a great value. Perfect for traveler on a budget.

Very Good Value for this Hotel,

Very Clean Rooms, Very Nice Location (close to 2 different metro lines) Good views (ours faced the city and had a full on view of the skyline) Bathrooms (although small) were great. Awesome shower. Air Conditioning was really good. Only negatives were the elevators are annoying sometimes and the taxi drivers don't always recognize the location even with the handy address cards. There was no fridge. For the price, this was an amazing hotel. I would book there again!

Good and moderns hotel, okay location

The hotel is good, but the location is just okay. There are some shopping malls close to the hotel, but we didn't see so many appealing restaurants. It's about a ten minute walk to the subway station. All in all we had a good stay and the room rates are very reasonable, but next time we'll probably look for something a bit closer to the Bund.
