"I was told free breakfast but wasnt 18.99 75 $ deposit unexpected the air conditioner in the room 337 wasnt cool enough the room was warm my entie stay.. Due to the overcrowded hotel i didnt complain but once im sorry but i wasnt pleased with my stay on my Birthday at all being hot.."

"This location was easily accessible, and I enjoyed it very much. The staff was warm and welcoming, especially the receptionist name Angel that worked there she made my family feel very comfortable and she was extremely welcoming. She made sure we are accommodated the first and second time around we were there since we drove back-and-forth from Texas and Nashville is our midway point for us returning to our home. We also stayed here with two small children run and it was extremely enjoyable....

"Staff was the best I’ve seen in a while (I travel around the Southeast every month for work). The night shift front desk manager was very professional/helpful. My company reserved one of the meeting rooms and that service was awesome as well. The staff checked on us to see if we needed anything and the meeting room was very clean. I will definitely recommend your hotel to my family/friends."

"What a gem of a property! We stayed before their “grand opening”, and so they are l working out the kinks. We gave it a two thumbs up, with the only issue being that the refrigerator in the room was on the tiny side. Other than that, we are so happy we stayed there! Put it on your list, if you want to be in Nashville, but want to stay in a quieter part of town."
