"The floors in the room weren’t particularly clean, water stains on the showe glass, unidentified dried green product on cheap plastic toilet seat. The self check-in kiosks are ridiculous but they do have two people running back and forth to help with it. Shower gel and shampoo are the only amenities. There isn’t even a water glass. There are no hangers or anywhere to put your clothes besides leaving them in your suitcase and three hooks. The mattress was so soft and spongey it was like sleeping in a hammock. The towels were thin and threadbare. I paid a lot of money for this room and it was NOT worth it. I would NEVER stay here again. If this is the future of ‘innovative’ supposedly hip hotels, it’s going to be a dystopian one."

"The room was clean and freshly painted. It was VERY small. The lights were next to the room door for both the bedroom & bathroom. No switch in the bathroom. Also no outlet for a hairdryer in the bathroom. Though we got off on an annoying foot when after a red eye flight, we arrived 20 minutes before check in and had to store our baggage, the rest of our stay was great! The staff were kind and helpful. Having a restaurant for a late night snack or drink on site was wonderful. The small bar also opened early with pastries & coffee. The restaurant offered a buffet breakfast that was ridiculously overpriced. Fortunately within a few steps of the hotel were several great breakfast options."

"The room bathroom had a very poor design. The shower door opened awkwardly and would not close completely, causing water to splash all over the floor. The vanity had a similar issue—the faucet was mounted too high, resulting in water splashing across the countertop every time it was used. The bathroom door was made of glass, which offered little privacy. In addition, there was no separate switch for the bathroom light; turning it on illuminated the entire room. The light switches were also poorly located at the head of the bed, making it easy to turn the lights on or off accidentally. The hallways were noticeably dirty and appeared as though they had not been cleaned for weeks. On a positive note, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was excellent and reasonably priced."

"This was the single-worst hotel experience I have ever had. Ever, in life, and I'm a 45-year-old man. I rarely ever bother to provide a review of anything, but I feel like it's my sworn duty to warn people about this place. The room was subpar even by cheap roadside motel standards. The entire space looked like it had been assembled from Ikea furniture. The bed mattress looked and felt like something that had been taken out of a dumpster. There was no AC in the hotel, which was brutal during record-high May temperatures in the UK. The window would only crack open due to safety measures, and even then, I had to decide between leaving it shut and suffering the heat, or opening it and dealing with the insane noise outside that carried on until 3 a.m. I had booked this room for 2 nights, but it was such a miserable experience that I just ate the cost of the second night and moved to another hotel. It was very misleading because the lobby of the hotel is extremely nice and modern. Do yourself a favor and never go anywhere near this dump."
