"The breakfast was excellent with so many choices! The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was the pool area was overcrowded and chaotic so not relaxing at all. A couple of teenage boys were disrespectful and had no regard for small children also trying to enjoy the pool. Everything else was great! "

"My party of 3 adults reserved one of their ”suites” (500) for 2 nights mid April 2026. I looked at other hotels in the area, but this one had a bigger room for a better price. Our suite was 2 connecting rooms. The 1st room in the suite has a 2 person jetted tub right when you walk in. The bathroom was decent - lots of counter space with a tub/shower combo. The bedroom area had a built in desk with 3 good sized dresser drawers & a large TV. We had a king sized bed with built in nightstands that had plenty of plugs for all of our gadgets. The adjacent room had a pull out sofa, a 2nd bathroom & a little kitchenette area with microwave, frig & coffee area. We had to request some of the bedding to make the pull out bed but it was quickly provided. I wasn’t a fan of the plantation shutters instead of traditional hotel blackout curtains on the windows but fortunately there wasn’t too much light in the morning. We enjoyed our stay in York & I would definitely consider staying here again when in the area"
