"The property was clean. Breakfast was great. Pool was closed on day #1 of our stay, but did open day #2 late in the day. Fresh cookies provided at front desk -- they were great. Our biggest complaint was that they didn't have enough staff to clean rooms. We left about 9:30 am for an event. We got back at 5pm. Our room had not been touched. The front desk staff said they had 18 check-outs and the lone cleaner had to do all those rooms first. She finally got to our room about 6pm. We were hot &...

"The staff was extraordinarily warm, hospitable, and helpful. It was an ideal stay experience and the only issue we encountered was a door that stuck a bit- and that was scheduled for maintenance."

"We went through Expedia to pay for 3 rooms but when we got there Best Western said we had only booked 1 room so we had to pay for the rooms again…very frustrating- even showed the hotel our receipt with payment to Expedia. Will not be going to Best Western again."

"The carpet in the room was a little sticky. The bed was very comfortable. I was disappointed that the room smelled like smoke despite the fact that it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. The continental breakfast in the morning was okay. Overall I got what I paid for."

"The AC was great, parking was ample. The structure and the room were a little shabby and in need of some repair/maintenance work, but sufficient for our one night stay. The tub was odd, it was very slippery and seemed very narrow, had to be very careful not to slip. For the price I would visit again for a short stay."

"Omgoodness this place is absolutely amazing!!! We went for a spiritual journey and it was perfect!! The lake & water fall creek with seats sitting in the water was perfect for my reading and meditating. It is absolutely beautiful!!! They had a concert Saturday night, we didn't go to the actual concert but was right beside it and they were fabulous!! Great place to stay! We will definitely return. Thank you so much for everything!"

"Spiders in the tub and bathroom Bugs climbing on the bathroom floor Breakfast was not fresh No lighting in the pool area when I questioned the service desk I was told they were having trouble and they do not work The lower hall floor is very unlevel to walk on Definitely not nowhere near four star we will not stay there again"

"The floor wasn’t cleaned. There were stains on the sheets and towels. The bed was missing a piece out of the base frame. Flooring and bathroom tile was new and nice. Missing junk out of the bathroom door. Due to being older didn’t have secured lock. Sink drain was clogged."

"I can’t say enough about how nice this hotel was!! It was extremely clean, quiet, great staff who were very helpful and the amenities were great! I would totally recommend this hotel! And when I return to Tullahoma for a visit. I definitely will be staying here. Thank you for a wonderful relaxing stay."
