"Positives: the hotel seems new and the room is very comfortable. The swimming pool in the rooftop is great. The staff were very helpful and attentive. Negatives: they place a Nescafé dolce gusto machine in the room for which they provide only two cups. After that, it's useless as you cannot really use it as a boiler or make any other type of coffee. There was a bit of sounds from other people's bathrooms in the room. "We absolutely loved our stay here! We were a bit nervous with the mixed reviews however we were pleasantly surprised that everything exceeded our expectations. Room is well decorated, very clean, and spacious. Location couldn’t be more central, very close to the infamous Santa Cruz neighborhood. Access to the free laundry machine on the ground floor was super nice as well! Only slight drawback is that when the occasional service vehicle or pedestrian jaunt through the narrow cobblestone street...
