The place is wonderfull, close to the city centre and many options for dining and shoping ....the hotel is good, however, the rooms are quite small and the bed was not ideal one ....

The hotel was lovely! The staff were always on hand and helpful. The room was clean and we had a great view over the city. The breakfast was great with plenty of choice. A very nice hotel in a central location for all the sights of this beautiful city. I recommend!

Love Sevilla

From the very friendly and informative welcome, to the checking out, the staff here couldn’t do enough to help; must see sights, Restaurants, museums etc. knew everything about Seville. The hotel was clean, has good facilities and is excellently placed to walk to all the central sites. We will return - and especially around the Christmas period and the city’s light show.

No iron, no international plugs, no conditioner , no desk in standard room. There is a minibar filled with unhealthy snacks that they refuse to empty (hotel policy). Otherwise people are nice. They provided adapters when asked. They provide an iron for 1 hour at a time, I did not try. Cleaning was good and thorough. I had booked 2 rooms, they worked hard to give adjoining rooms. Air-conditioning is effective even in 110degree weather.

Nice hotel, good location, some maintenen issues

Hotel was nice looking and easy to get to. Good location to palace, cathedral and old part of the city. Nice bar just off the lobby. A couple maintenance issues though. Stair handrail was very wobbly, door handle to our bathroom was very wobbly and safety handbar in our bath/shower could be pulled out of the wall. The shower is already difficult to climb into and with nothing to safely hold on to, kind of hazardous.
