Unfortunately there was a horrific domestic violence incident in room 402 on Oct 12 at 1:45am. It took forever to sort out, 2 young Spanish guests were trying to get in the room. I called, then went to get security, there was no security just a slow, plodding night desk worker. Poor woman was stuck in there much much too long. Next morning of course blood all over the carpet. There was one nice woman at the front desk the next morning who was visibly shocked by what occurred. Then there was manager Rafael who was useless and absolutely rude, he made up answers and contradicted himself repeatedly, which he ultimately admitted. Such terrible customer service for a customer thrust into a disaster who was trying to help. Truly not appreciated and no idea why Rafael is allowed to speak with customers. It’s a clean hotel, have to take lots of Ubers but when you need something important from a hotel, this place scores a 0.

I only spent 7 hours in the hotel so not the most indepth review. Clean enough but showing signs of wear. Bed was comfortable enough and breakfast was standard Spanish fare. Shower was hot and there was ample space. It's a 4* for the amenities. Typical business hotel.

Excellent Hotel but the parking …

This is a very clean comfortable hotel. Well maintained and close to everything in Sevilla. I’d recommend to emphasize that the parking is not included in the cost of the room and it’s 15 Euros per day

Stay was during weekend of big soccer match,lucky to have booked in advance. Not in central part of city, but walking distance of 25minutes to some main attractions. Local streets with good choice of bars and shops within 15 minutes walk. Supermarket next door, cafe attached to hotel. Big comfortable room, good wifi, good shower. Helpful staff at reception.

The room was in good condition. The staff was very nice and kind and helped us out a lot and gave us slippers are an iron when we needed. They even called a taxi for us to the airport. The only thing I would take away points for is the fact that there was no ventilation for a four star hotel and also the shower door does not close. I personally don’t prefer that. Other than that, it was a good stay.
