Excellent Hotel but the parking …

This is a very clean comfortable hotel. Well maintained and close to everything in Sevilla. I’d recommend to emphasize that the parking is not included in the cost of the room and it’s 15 Euros per day

Stay was during weekend of big soccer match,lucky to have booked in advance. Not in central part of city, but walking distance of 25minutes to some main attractions. Local streets with good choice of bars and shops within 15 minutes walk. Supermarket next door, cafe attached to hotel. Big comfortable room, good wifi, good shower. Helpful staff at reception.

Staff was great, great customer service. A little to far from downtown but not bad. I only had a issue with Expedia , their service has gone worse. I did a mistake , hotel was willing to help out, I send them the proof but because it was in Spanish the communication expedia didn’t wanted to help out. I just felt they were just going with and laying with their answers. Before I loved to recommend Expedia, I really don’t know if I will.

Disappointing stay

Location of hotel not acceptable, no facilities, saving grace was the cafeteria used by hospital staff, but that stopped serving food at 4pm and closed at 5pm on Sunday. No public lounge areas other than reception. Definitely would not recommend.

Would not stay here again

Hotel was clean, but the parking arrangements are bizarre (they share space with a supermarket next door) and difficult to access. The air conditioner in my room made a loud buzzing sound, and couldn’t be used. Fortunately, it was cool outside, so I didn’t need it. The last morning I was there, I finished my shower only to find a housekeeping hadn’t left me any towels. I had to dry myself using the small hand towels. Would not stay here again.

The room was in good condition. The staff was very nice and kind and helped us out a lot and gave us slippers are an iron when we needed. They even called a taxi for us to the airport. The only thing I would take away points for is the fact that there was no ventilation for a four star hotel and also the shower door does not close. I personally don’t prefer that. Other than that, it was a good stay.
