"We had a problem with the registration that was later solved after wanting to talk to the desk supervisor. The person in charge of checking during the day was not a people person nor did he want to solve the problem that we had with noise. Other than that, our stay was delightful, quiet with a delicious breakfast and just the way we remembered from our last stay in 2017. we will most probably continue to come to Suites Viena."

"Lo único negativo es que fue confuso el horario de checkin, me enviaron un codigo a mediodía, y no se entendía si era para ingresar anticipadamente o igualmente debíamos esperar hasta las 15 hrs. El loft es muy lindo y muy equipado. No creo que sea apto para gente mayor, ya que es en dos plantas (4B) y la plata de arriba es abuhardillada , entonces la cama es muy baja y hay riesgo de golpearse la cabeza con los tirantes del techo. La cama de abajo es un sofá cama de dos plazas normal, ni bueno...

"The location was beyond amazing, 10 minutes to the Las Ventas Stadium, it was lovely. The staff was lovely too, I recalled when I enquired about laundry, they provided me with laundry pods without even asking for free. When we have concerned over speaking spanish over a delivery package, they helped us too. Thank you HA Apartahotel Quo Erosa. The room was incredle, had a little kitchen attached to it. Thank you - we love our stay there."

A really wonderful hotel!!
"This is a really wonderful hotel! I had a wonderful 8 night stay in April, thank you! I was given a very nice upgrade to the top floor terrace room, thanks so much, it made my Madrid trip very memorable! Its the best located hotel for the theatres on Gran Via. It feels very safe with tight security and the staff are very nice. The room was very comfortable, luxurious and large, and the terrace was a big bonus. Will definitely be back! "
