I love the views at this property. I also like how clean it was. The bed mattresses were a little rough but overall okay. I was very happy with the location and ease of finding it. Would definitely recommend and go back ourselves again!

Very clean and quit. Lots of privacy. Great views. Gravel step entrace to cabin. No wifi. About 20 minutes to town and activities.

Cabin Stay
Very secluded but a short drive to pigeon forge. this cabin was remarkably clean. Plenty of pots, pans, dishes you name it. Even a generous stack of firewood! We absolutly loved this place! was ready to move in!

Best vacation ever
Best vacation ever absolutely loved our stay we have nothing to complain about. Will love to go again.
We really loved the atmosphere of Bear Pause. The Christmas tree and lights on the banister gave it that added "feel of home" touch! The roads you had to drive were absolutely horrifying (only 1 1/2 car roads) as was the surrounding "homes" along the way. I really wish someone would have reviewed the driveway in the comments because this driveway gave me anxiety every time I had to drive UP it. Definitely NOT a driveway for a 4 door sedan! But... we survived to tell about it! It was very peaceful we loved how cozy it was and the view from porch and hot tub was amazing! Some suggestions would be to get Wi-Fi, I know a lot of people go to unplug but trying to find things to do in the areas was very difficult as our phone service was poor. Me having fibromyalgia and RA, had to sleep on the couch as the bed upstairs was terribly hard and springy. What you would think was the master bedroom with the Jacuzzi tub, was actually the guest room in the loft area. The better bed is downstairs. The TV is also super small. Brought Christmas movies to watch while we spent Christmas Eve drinking hot cocoa by the fireplace and it was a little hard to see. The seating was also minimal. There is only one sofa and a gliding chair. Not enough room for everyone to eat at the table (only 3 chairs) and VERY WOBBLY. The kitchen was well equipped and the linens were clean. Definitely a place to go and "get away" and not leave until you are ready to go back home
