"Had a booking for 2 adults in a swim up room and was put next to the toddler pool, while we could see families with toddlers in deep swim up rooms! Where is the thought and logic in that?"

"While the property is lovely, the execution fell short. Cleanliness issues like dusty lamp bases, a broken washing machine door, and faulty door locks were disappointing. Additionally, the outdated cookware and missing bedroom TV remote impacted the experience. I enjoyed my stay, but there is clear room for improvement."

"We had a lovely stay, everything was clean and tidy but small. The fittings and furnishings have reached their end of life, I imagine a refurbish is on the agenda. I was expecting more, I booked the view, but we got a downstairs apartment, the complex was empty so we were disappointed. Convenience and access to the beach and water 10/10 and at the end of the day that's what we were there for. "

"The room was nice, clean and comfortable. The best thing about it was that it faced the beach - about a one minute walk away. It was wonderful being able to see the ocean from the balcony and listen to the sound of the waves in bed. Would've stayed longer but unfortunately it was booked out."

"Great house, but no ability to make coffee. No beach towels or beach chairs, despite a beach right there. No instructions for anything in or around the house. There was a pool in the large complex that we never could find. How to get to the beach was a mystery we solved, but with no help. House was otherwise nice & well-equipped; managers no help with anything. "
