"Having decided to visit Mont st Michel at the last minute we stumbled upon Les Hauts. It has the most incredible views across the bay. The property is set in beautiful grounds of tropical plants, such as palms, mimosa and Magnolias. "Very nice hotel by a river in a small village. Room was very clean and shower excellent. It was nice to walk to a little local bar for a beer with my travelling companions, before a very nice and good value dinner in the hotel. Breakfast was good. Only slight downside was the open parking across the road for our motorcycles, but there were no issues. I would certainly consider staying again, and maybe using it as a base for a tour of Normandy and Brittany."
