One of the most amazing hotels ever

This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at! The views are absolutely amazing, the staff is super friendly and helpful, rooms beautiful (at least our was), bed was comfy, spa was beeeeautiful.. Cannot recommend this place enough!

Almost Paradise

An unforgettable stay in the heart of the Langhe! 🌟 The location is outstanding, with unbeatable views and landscapes – truly the most beautiful in the region. Our room was spacious and extremely comfortable, breakfast was excellent with breathtaking vineyard views, and the spa was just perfect. The staff was exceptional – special thanks to Sara and Mario who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We enjoyed it so much that we extended our stay by an extra night… A real paradise, perfect for total relaxation. Many thanks to the whole team – we will definitely be back!

Nous avons rencontré plusieurs problèmes d’eau chaude pendant notre séjour. Initialement absente dans la douche, puis au lavabo. Malgré l’intervention d’un technicien, seule la douche a été partiellement réparée, avec une pression insuffisante, et le lavabo est resté sans eau chaude. Aucune solution alternative ni geste commercial ne nous a été proposé. Une situation décevante pour un établissement de ce niveau

Trés bel hotel . Belle restauration méme si nous n avons pas fait le 2 etoiles .. un peu cher !!! Le second restaurant est tres bien . Superbe vue . Belle piscine spa magnifique et trés bons soins ... par contre quand on interdit l acces au spa aux enfants je trouve trés decevant dans un hotel de ce standing de laisser un enfant de deux ans sans couche aller dans un jaccuzzi!!! Et ce malgré le passage regulier des responsables ....
