"It was clean and near the airport"

"We enjoyed our stay here! The service was great and staff are all very friendly! "

"We requested and paid for double bed but got 2 single beds"

"Maya Sanur is a beautiful hotel in a lovely beachfront setting. The location was one of the biggest positives for us, with direct access to the beach and boardwalk, making it really easy to walk along the seafront and explore Sanur. Our room was spacious, modern and comfortable, and we particularly liked having his-and-hers sinks in the bathroom. We were also conveniently located within the hotel, which made getting around very easy. We arrived at around 1pm and completely understood that...

"Friendly staff who gave us a free upgrade when the bed requested was not available and helped with our bags when we arrived. Clean spacious room with all the amenities. Great location for accessing the airport"

"We had the one bedroom studio with a private pool which was such great value. The bed was the biggest we had ever slept in and the room so spacious and the private pool area was lovely. Also two other big pools to enjoy, one with a sauna and plunge pool as well. Two on site restaurants with a great selection of food and drinks - the Japanese in particular is delicious. Helpful staff and well kept grounds and all round good vibes. We will definitely stay here again and bring the kids!"

"Excellent all around."

"Did not like the bathroom tub out dated"

"Paradisus by Melia is a stunning resort and the staff there are amazing! Shout out to Darma and Oka who go above and beyond for the Reserve guests. We will be gping back!!!!"
