Miyu was great and taught us about the prefectures and sources of some of the fruit and vegetables in our kaiseki. Our private onsen was clean and relaxing. We will be recommending Gora Hanaougi to our friends and family."

"The h ôtel is wonderful! Every detail has been carefully considered and crafted using high-quality materials. The lounge, with snacks and drinks, adds to the hotel experience. Unfortunately, the dining room left us with mixed feelings regarding the dining experience. We made requests that were not honored. When we expressed our dissatisfaction, the staff's attitude changed, and our dining room experience became unpleasant. It's a real shame because, although the hotel is extraordinary, I would hesitate to book again."
