One of the rooms was given to us without any cleaning done with food leftovers on the coffee table, dirty pillows and an uncleaned restroom. "U booked the room for three days and from 1st day geyser fridge was not working. No hanger in the cupboard were there, No lounging chair was there
On the second day room was not cleaned and inspite of giving complaint well in advance the hotel staff did not resolve the issue. Since fridge was not working I asked them chilled water which they did not supply giving flimsy excuses.
