Terrible service

This hotel should get a 0 star rating if possible. We as a family booked 2 rooms, one for in laws and one for us. One of the rooms was given to us without any cleaning done with food leftovers on the coffee table, dirty pillows and an uncleaned restroom. The other room where my in laws stayed for which I paid AC rate did not have a functioning AC. We called their front desk a million times and no one picked up the phone. When we checked out, the reception folks were acting as if everything was normal( my father in law is an AC HVAC engineer). Anyways terrible stay and is not worth the price.

Average hotel for the pricetag in town

The infrastructure is good , and the staff is courteous and welcoming . Easy check in. Reasonably priced restaurant . Service is dismally slow at times, especiallg during early morning hours like around 7 am . Getting something simple done like refilling milk powder can take ages. Housekeeping do not clear litter or used glasses daily and that is a huge drawback . Similarly they do not change towels during the duration of the stay.

Hotel was out in the middle of nowhere. ...ice cold shower water. ....when staff confronted. .....was told they are working on it. ....2 weeks later, their probably still working on it. .. Talked to other guests. ....they had same problem. .....cannot recommend this hotel

Pathetic experience with the hotel management

I booked this hotel for my parents for 2 days one and only based on the positive reviews posted earlier. But my decision was wrong. There are no complaints about the hotel itself but the staffs were completely un-trained. They let my parents check-in but the next day they told that the hotel management had not received the payment from Expedia and the staffs within the hotel were arguing within themselves. Meanwhile there were other 3 or 4 customers literally shouting at the hotel staff with similar issues. My parents were quite upset and was not a pleasant experience at all. Looks like there is no proper communication mechanism between Expedia and the hotel itself. I paid Expedia and I had my confirmation email to prove the same, however not sure why the hotel would say that they have not received the payment from Expedia. I am NOT going to book this HOTEL EVER AGAIN.

New hotel in Tirunelveli

Bathroom drain was not functional in one of the rooms;breakfast was to be served at 7, got delayed to 7.30 or more.Service was slow.Food was OK, not the standard one would expect in south Indian restaurants.

The stay was very comfortable

Hospitality was very good. Just started so need to update with contact list of hotel services. Suggestions informed to front desk. A very little things have to be made and I am sure they are in the process of doing it. Overall the stay was very comfortable and cozy location a walkable distance from the junction.
