Lovely hotel with modern rooms

The staff were so lovely, really helpful and the facilities on site are also amazing! The food was really nice and the rooms are really modern, clean and tidy. Would highly recommend booking the villa if you are going to be staying here!

Unless you pay for the expensive package, you need to be very mobile. All bathrooms in the reasonable rate category come with bathtubs only. There are no grab bars or anything for support. The walls have signs of humidity decay. The pool meant for everyone's use is very small considering. We paid to upgrade because of this. The website says the beach is close. Its not. Its a 35 minute walk. We paid for an all inclusive package. The kitchen had major issues. They tried hard but left things lacking. Also, be ready for a wakeup at 4 am or so bc this hotel seems to be right next to a speaker for the call to prayers. The spa is very nice. The beds are outrageously hard. We used the cushions from the patio furniture to help as the hotel had no way to fix this issue.

We had an excellent experience at Svarga. Our room was clean and comfortable with amazing views over Senggigi. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and the food at the restaurant was very good

We chose the Svarga Hotel for its stunning architecture! Beautiful design and interior as expected. Our stay here was overall enjoyable, the staff are super helpful and friendly. However, we did come when the lift was in maintenance so it was a bit of a hike to our room. I also wish that they can improve on maintaining the structures (rooftop area etc.) and facilities a bit better as the hotel is very beautiful. the breakfast is nice too. Thank you Svarga Hotel!

I recently stayed at Svarga and had a wonderful experience overall! The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making check-in a breeze. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and great amenities. The location was perfect for exploring the area, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. However, I did notice that the toilet bidet hose in my room could use some extra cleaning attention. It’s a small detail, but keeping everything pristine enhances the overall guest experience. Despite this, I would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing stay. I’ll certainly be back!

We enjoyed our stay at Svarga Resort Lombok. The room was very spacious and the view was absolutely amazing, definitely a highlight of the property. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always helpful, which made our stay very pleasant. That said, the property and facilities could use some refreshment as they feel a bit dated. The food at the restaurant was okay, but not as impressive compared to other hotel restaurants in the area. Overall, it was a good stay thanks to the beautiful views and the wonderful staff. With some updates to the facilities and restaurant, this resort could be truly outstanding.

The location is good close to Senggigi Beach and other popular beaches. The restaurant and breakfast are good. But the condition of the property is below what I was expecting. The lights in the room half working, the sliding window to the private pool not fully closing letting bugs come through, the plugs in the room half way screwed into the walls, the walls showing signs of humidity everywhere.... A bit of repairs needed for this hotel.

Nature view - Amazing hotel

The property was amazing, we loved everything. Maybe as an advice, to bring a spray for the ants but we are obviously in nature so it's just natural.

The property looks like the listing. Clean, nice staff, good breakfast, amazing pool. It is not in a walkable distance and you need a driver because there is no parking on the property. It will need to have maintenance on a regular basis, otherwise it will not age well… Overall good deal.
