I gave the overall rating 4 stars only because I believe that the rooms could do with some level of updating, once this is done I believe that the hotel will be a 5 star resort. The staff who clean the rooms are brilliant and I would like to give a special shout out to Muskur, he was the one tasked to clean my room. He was just good and he took very good care of me during my stay. Overall the staff are warm and friendly and they go above and beyond to provide what you need. A massive thank you to the staff in the spa, they were very professional and very good at what they do. The restaurant staff were also great, my only complaint was that someone signed lots of alcoholic drinks on my room account, however the reception staff worked swiftly to remove this but a better system must be put in place to ensure that other guests are being honest as well as to protect other unsuspecting guests and the financial security of the hotel.
I had a a wonderful time and I would definitely visit again and recommend it to others. Thank you Holiday Resort.
