"The staff was amazing! From the reception desk to the waiters and not to mention the bartenders. Everyone was so friendly and with a great attitude some even knew me by name. We had one problem with one of our rooms but we got the issue resolved and they moved us rooms. The shows were great and the food was really good. Some all inclusive resorts the food & alcohol is not it but here I’d have to say there was something for everyone even the buffet style food was good. I would definitely come...

"We had good time gloria took us for lapas lapario tour which was good experience and we had to move our last night from barcelo tambor a barcelo san jose.. we got helped by staff name Juvenal ortiz roman an abigail from front office.. and it saved our flight from missing.. it was great experience..it was our 3rd stay in 3rd country with Bercelo hotels. Suggestions more options in vegetarian and other food options would be nice.."
