"The overall experience we had at the Rui Santa Fe was good. The issues we had were how noisy the rooms are. If you're looking to get any sleep between 11:00 pm and 8:30 am don't. Between the loud drunk kids yelling at all hours of the night and the cleaning staff having full on conversations in the hallways starting around 7:30 am there's a good chance you'll want to pack up and leave. With that being said, the alcohol seems to be a little watery.... Food is ok, what you'd expect from an all-inclusive. Entertainment is outstanding."

"Quite possibly one of my worst trips to Cabo. The most rudest staff members.. extremely unhelpful. Anytime you ask him a question they would say refer to the app. The concierge was absolutely horrid. It was more like a retirement home than an adult hotel. We pretty much stayed away from the hotel the entire time we were there. We were always at the sister hotels because the stuff was much nicer and friendlier. I would ABSOLUTELY stay away from this hotel and we’ll never come back. Also, the fan in the rooms forget about using it because it makes us squeaky sound the entire night. There’s a lot of trip hazard by the pool. I actually fell and injured my shin. The pool servers are rude. They forget your order. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!"

"Disappointing overall - Marco Polo restaurant - food & staff good … others marginal / not enough pool deck loungers & many old - pool decks dangerously slippery where wet / gym & staff good / customer service staff good… others questionable attitudes - including reception supervisor … furnishings need cleaning - replacing … rooms & cleaning staff ok "

"Staff was wonderful from restaurant to housekeeping to front desk. We were made to feel special by the steakhouse restaurant manager and would recommend this place when traveling to Cabo."

"This hotel is great. The location is amazing (by the beach, close to the downtown area). The swimming pools (along with the one from the next door hotel accessible) are great. The food options (different restaurants to choose from) are really nice as well. The staff was really nice and helpful, but i have to say that the restaurant staff were not super friendly. I was a bit disappointed by the lack of communication from the staff by email. I tried to get info about transportation before arriving, and I also tried to retrieve a lost item after i departed. I emailed them several times and received no answer whatsoever. "

"The all inclusive was all worth it. Food was great. Staff were great. I’d suggest eating in blu, their lunch and dinner menu was awesome. I’d recommend this resort to my friends and family."
