"We had a wonderful stay at this cabin. It was peaceful, quiet, and the perfect place to relax and unwind. The staff were very attentive and came by daily to top up amenities whenever needed, which made our stay even more comfortable. The location was also very convenient. A supermarket was only about 10 minutes away, and Walmart was approximately 15 minutes away, making it easy to pick up anything we needed during our stay. But we bought stuff before we got to our cabin."

"The young receptionist was sitting behind bullet proof glass and didn't greet us with a smile. She was very soft talker and I don't think she loved her job. Flyer at check in explained how they were collecting an additional $100 for security deposit for damages...that didn't seem very welcoming. The halls were marked up with plaster patches - the floor light didn't work in the room. There was only one bedside table - had to drag chair over to my side of the bed to put my photo and water. And...

"Wonderful stay! Our room was beautiful - clean and cozy. I had a drink at the outside bar - it was lovely. Highly recommend staying here. It’s a hidden gem."

"Pull into the parking lot and you can tell right away it’s the place to bring a prost itute or find drugs. Was approached by a black man as soon as I stopped my vehicle! Trash and filth surrounding the building. Stained and dirty walls. Stained and dirty sheets, mattress protectors, and mattress. Ancient heater and ac that looked hazardous. Disgusting and unsafe."

"The room was very nice and staff were very friendly and helpful. Wonderful location. My only complaint is while the towels were large enough and very soft they did not absorb water very well. The was a very nice coffee shop in the hotel. The building is historical and they are still working on some of the details so anticipate things getting even better"

"FYI there are no elevators so if you are on the second floor you will carry your suitcases up the stairs. Not a deal breaker but good to know for families and older people."

"Room had trash in and on the floor. Blood stains on the pillow case. Carpet was terribly stained. Staff was very friendly and was the only positive. Would highly recommend spending a little more some place close."

"Took a night get away here. Room was clean and bed was cozy. Walls are thin though and you can hear others and wonder if they heard us 🙃 Complimentary coffee in lobby was great! Took a fitness class and it was refreshingly different and grounding. Shower in room was super odd. Even though there was a silicone ledge, water flooded the toilet area which was annoying and hazardous."

"The room smelt so bad of urine and cigartettes is was nearly impossible to fall asleep. There were people outside of our room swearing and being loud. I would not recommend this as a place to stay for the price and if you are traveling with children."

"The best value in Albany with free parking. Everything updated and a wonderful free Breakfast. The room rates start at a very affordable rate. Very short drive to the center of Albany. Park at lot next to The First church o fAlbany. Two dollars an hour. Try The Hollow Restaurant. Love it!"

"Check in information was provided via email the day of check in. I was able to enter the hotel and my room without a problem. The hotel staff was responsive and helpful via text messages. The inside of our room was very comfortable, the staff left a few complementary drinks and snack in the room for us which was very much appreciated. The room had a home feeling to it which made for a comfortable stay. The location was safe, quiet and had lovely mountain side views. This location was close...
