"Thank you Hotel Grand Chancellor for an amazing night out in the city for my birthday celebration. This hotel is absolutely amazing! We had a harbour view room which was so beautiful. This hotel is very elegant with impeccable staff. Also Great location and easy to find. Just know that parking is at Sky City carpark, but it is an easy two minute walk back across to the hotel. The reception was very helpful when we were checking in and very thorough on how and where we were to park. We will definitely be back! "

"The valet guy made our stay super special, he is the face of The Grand, The room needs some updating bathroom door was water damage, wear and tear in the room just needs a good refresh. Also we had four in the room and had to constantly request more bath towels as was only we’re left with two towels until the end of the stay. Toilet paper was another issue was never left enough. But when we rang it was brought up within like 10mins. Only two jets working in the spa and the spa was very cloudy. Overall was a great stay and would stay again the reason for the 5 Stars was the valet guy. If it’s wasn’t for him I think I would give it 2 stars. "
