"Room with no windows that looked like nothing in the pictures. Check in advertised at 3pm but had to sit and wait for 45mins before finally getting keys. Wall were grubby and very basic. I didn't expect much for the money but at least a window and fresh air. "

"This hotel is near to everything. LRT, Bus station, the Free Go KL Purple bus, Petaling street and Central Market are just few meters away. A lot of eateries and convenient stores nearby. "Wonderful stay as usual. Spa is still the highlight of my stay. All staff very attentive and respectful. May need to tweak the rooms a bit as I found some loose wall sockets in my room. Toilet seat a bit dislodged. Need to maintain the quality if you are charging more than the surrounding hotels. Overall good stay though."
