"Our night at the Chateau had to be the single most memorable night of our trip. I loved it; my other half was a bit freaked by it all. The property is a long way from anywhere down a stone road. "Comfortable bed and the kitchenette was adequate for small snacks. Close enough for the city centre. Underground carpark with about 25 spaces but costs extra. Staff friendly and helpful. Some noise from the nearby railway line but NOT so much as to disturb sleep (we had the window open as it was hot weather. No air-con but the hotel had provided a portable fan. "
