"Staying here was a wonderful and truly unique experience. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 was because of the challenges we had with the air conditioning in our room. That said, the staff really did make an effort to find a workaround for us. While it wasn’t a perfect solution, it definitely helped, and we appreciated how responsive and accommodating they were. "Hotel a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro del paese, dotato di ampio parcheggio. Bello l'ingresso dove si è accolti da personale cortese e preparato. La struttura è pulita, silenziosa e confortevole. In camera avevamo l'idromassaggio e il bagno turco. La vasca con l'idromassaggio, dopo una giornata trascorsa in giro con più di 40 gradi, ci ha rigenerati. Ottimo il ristorante dove abbiamo cenato davvero bene. Rimanendo una sola notte, non abbiamo provato la Spa, peccato. Se passate da Castel del Piano...
