Amazing personnel always taking great care of you, the place is 20 min. Drive from Montalcino, has well maintained pool, breakfast very good, laundry available and restaurant in site. Self-parking area. Great location if you want to disconnect and enjoy breathtaking views of the Tuscany area.

Outstanding! Real Gem in Italy. Exceptional service, indescribable views, place really taken care of... You feel the owners touch in every corner. Breakfast was perfect, a lot to choose from. Really anything you can ever ask for. I am from New York and pretty spoiled with food. But this hotel serves solid quality and delishes food. I would come back in a heart beat. The pictures posted the on line do not do any justice to this place. It's really incredible.

The rural setting, deep in the heart of Tuscan countryside not far from Pieve and Montepulciano, is perfect. The hotel has beautiful landscaped gardens and a lovely pool area. One of the highlights though is the hotel's in-house restaurant. Wonderful gourmet quality food, focussed on fresh, local produce, cooked and presented to a high standard. This does not come cheap, and the extensive wine list, featuring the best of Tuscan wines, is also high-priced. However, it is all part of the experience and not to be missed. Excellent, professional staff made us feel very welcome. Wished we could've stayed longer.

Ein Kleinod in der südlichen Toskana

Die sehr persönliche und freundliche Betreuung besonders durch den Besitzer Silvano und den Kellner Elioseo hat uns sehr gefallen. Das Essen ist bei gehobenem Preisniveau sehr gut. Unser Zimmer (Juniorsuite, eigentlich nur ein grosses DZ) wirkte zuerst auf uns etwas düster. Der Kleiderschrank bietet nur wenig Platz. Das Hotel und der Garten mit Schwimmbad sind sehr gepflegt. Man merkt das grosse persönliche Engagement des Besitzers. Etwas problematisch und nicht ganz ungefährlich ist jedoch die Ausfahrt vom unbefestigten Weg (200 m) zum Hotel zurück auf die Hauptstrasse. Die Sicht auf die abfallende Strasse ist wegen der starken Steigung des Zufahrtweges vor der Einmündung praktisch unmöglich (abhängig vom Fahrzeug). Insgesamt haben wir uns in den 8 Tagen sehr wohl gefühlt. Die sehenswerten Orte in der Umgebung wie Pienza, Montalcino u. Montepulciano sind schnell erreichbar. Empfehlenswert ist auch ein Besuch der "Rocca" in der Nähe mit herrlicher Rundumsicht.
