"The staff at the hotel were amazing, the area is great, the breakfast was delicious, and the rooms were spacious, comfortable, and clean. The bathroom was incredible too."

"Reception does not speak anything except German, when they are actually there, which is very limited. Rooms are hot, no fans or air-conditioning. Tiniest mini fridge I have ever seen. No option for ice or icebucket to cool down. No food or kitchen. If you are on a wheelchair you have to use steps to enter hotel"

"Very comfortable hotel, spa was well furnished and quiet. Was a little dismayed to have a staff member open the door to the sauna and give a 5 minute lecture on the need to sit on towels while using it, towels were all brown from the benches afterwards. Excellent breakfast and outstanding shower. Rooms were a little hot and some air con would have been nice. Staff were very friendly and efficient. "

"Wir waren das erste Mal im Hotel Schweriner Hof und haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen ,das Hotel wurde uns gezeigt und der Knaller war dann unser Zimmer 104 mit direkten Blick auf die Ostsee. Das Frühstück war total in Ordnung und die Damen waren sehr freundlich und engagiert. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. "
