Room was clean and had all amenities. The balcony on floor 10 was a nice touch as well. The staff were very friendly. Close to beaches. About 20 minute walk from station - but people could take bus. Breakfast was great and a huge space with outdoor seating as well. Facilities for family were good - swimming pools etc. as solo traveller I made use of the spa. Super clean and well fitted out

We loved our stay at Aja Hotel Warnemünde. The area is filled with fun oceanside stands, is very walkable, and close to the Strom harbor area. There are many bars and restaurants nearby. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, had a nice view of the ocean and we loved the free breakfast buffet and cake and coffee in the afternoon. Great pool and spa area! Highly recommend.

Nice hotel but could improve

Nice newer hotel, too pricey for what they offer. Clean room and facility but little things are missing to say its the perfect hotel/stay. For example room service only every second day, staff promissed on previous phone calls to separate the beds in the room, which I found out after arrival that it wasn't possible with the room they gave us. That was pretty upsetting since I traveled with my older father for his birthday. The staff wasnt hardly able to communicate in english. Towels had to be exchanged at front desk, ect. As I said, little things. Big negative thing was the closed outdoor pool with daily construction noise. Perfect was the breakfast buffet and the availability to open the window (9th floor) for a fresh sea breeze . Overall a nice stay but I have seen in same price range better accommodations.

Sehr gutes Hotel. Moderne Einrichtung mit leichter Eingewöhnung im Badezimmer. Im ist es sehr ruhig. Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider muss man zum Frühstück den Tomatensaft selbst bezahlen. Und die Aufzüge sind ein Geduldsspiel. Es dauert sehr lange bis mal einer in der Etage hält. Ist natürlich nicht so schön wenn man in der 6 Etage ist. Das ist auch das einzige was man bemängeln kann.

Das Hotel ist sauber und Modern. Jedoch fehlt im Zimmer ein Kühlschrank, ein Wasserkocher, eine Kaffeemaschine und definitiv eine Klimaanlage. Im Sommer heizt sich das Zimmer dadurch sehr auf.

Das Zimmer war sauber. Seitlicher Meerblick war auch wie beschrieben vorhanden. Das Personal war nett und hilfsbereit. Der Service beim Frühstück und Abends bei der Bar war gut und freundlich. Der Spa Bereich ist sehr ruhig und es gibt ausreichend Platz, um nicht gegenseitig aufeinander zu liegen. Der Außenpool ist sehr schön, jedoch wäre eine etwas höhere Wassertemperatur wünschenswert. Aber das ist Geschmacksache. Im Hotelzimmer war der Duschkopf etwas ramponiert, aber das ist nicht weiter der Rede wert. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und kommen außerhalb der Saison sehr gerne wieder.

Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Strandblick ist hervorragend. Die Zimmerausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Es sind wenige Steckdosen im Zimmer vorhanden. Auf einer Bettseite fehlte ein Nachttisch. Darüber hinaus gab es auch keinen Kühlschrank. Das Frühstücksbuffet war vielfältig u. das Servicepersonal war aufmerksam u. flink.

Das Personal war wieder super freundlich, der Empfang war sehr freundlich, das Frühstück unfassbar vielfältig, der reservierte Geburtstagstisch war hübsch hergerichtet. Dieses Mal hätten wir unsere Hündin sogar mit ins Restaurant nehmen können 😊 Schade war dieses Mal nur, dass unser Zimmer nicht so richtig sauber war.

Das Gesamtpaket ist für mich stimmig. Die geräumigen sauberen Zimmer, die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption und im Service sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Und der direkt Zugang zum Spa ist komfortabel. Man hat eben alles was man braucht, um für ein paar Tage die Seele baumeln zu lassen, um sich zu erholen und den Alltag zu vergessen.

Das Zimmer war an sich sehr schön. Allerdings läuft die Lüftung ununterbrochen, so dass es ständig zieht im Zimmer. Lüftung lässt sich nicht manuell steuern. Wir mussten die Lüftung mit Kissen zustellen, damit es einigermaßen aushaltbar war. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich. Reinigungspersonal meist ausländisch mit leider großen Sprachbarrieren. Frühstücksbuffett sehr gut, allerdings fördern die Kaffeeautomaten zu Hochzeiten unnötigen Stau, man muss lange anstehen, da die Maschine sehr langsam arbeitet; das ist leider etwas nervig. Ansonsten leckeres Frühstücken mit allem was das Herz begehrt. Die HP ist allerdings sehr teuer und hat uns gar nicht zugesagt, auch vom Geschmack und vom Angebot her - daher hier leider einen Punkt Abzug. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Strand, leider aber doch ziemlich "ab vom Schuss" - bis zum Alten Strom läuft man gut 15 Minuten, was uns jedoch nicht gestört hat. Der Spa-Bereich ist ebenfalls sehr schön. Alles in allem ein sehr sauberes und hochwertiges Hotel, was ich gern weiterempfehle.

Alles war sehr gut, begonnen beim Check in, ging alles zügig und sehr zuvorkommend vonstatten. Unserem Wunsch, ein Zimmer in den oberen Etagen zu bekommen, wurde entsprochen. Das Personal war überall sehr nett und freundlich, immer ein Lächeln im Gesicht. Das Frühstück war überaus reichhaltig und lecker. Am Wochenende gibt es Sekt. Das Spa haben wir diesmal nicht besucht. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Ein kleiner Kühlschrank wäre super, es geht aber auch ohne. Zur Anreise standen 2 TetraPak stilles Wasser im Zimmer und ein 10%Gutschein für das Nivea Haus lag auch da. Zusätzlich erhält man die Gästecard, mit der man gratis die Öffi‘s nutzen kann. Für das Parken werden 16€/Tag berechnet, das geht, im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels. Alles in allem, wir würden wieder hier buchen.
