"We paid good money to stay here. We asked to have new towels each day - they do not service the room. We had the sign on every day, and we still had to request. Their breakfast is basically what is left over - don't count on it. We were going to head to Seattle a day early, so we didn't have to get up at 4am for a morning flight. "I have stayed at this hotel several times before and have had four different rooms which are all different and have their own charm. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and it is nice to have a restaurant and bar downstairs that closes at 10pm so it is not noisy at night either. My only complaints though, are it doesn't look like anyone has washed and of the windows of the entire establishment in over a year, they really need cleaned.
