"I stayed here to take part in the newport marathon, and the staff was so welcoming. They put together overnight oats and left running fuel so we had breakfast before the race (before breakfast hours) such a nice touch. Rooms were clean and parking was easy 10/10 experience "

"When I checked in there were dirty, used, stained bedding with hairs and makeup on sheets. I asked to have them changed and front desk said the housekeeping were notified and would be changing them. 2nd night same sheets on the bed, dirty unsanitary sheets still on the bed. I notified front desk again and that was the only thing I got sorry."

The room was fresh, clean and relaxing. We loved the option to ride the bikes around town; that is an amazing perk. Even walking, all of the major activities and attractions are close. "Breakfast was good and fresh each morning. Nice touch for sure. Area is extremely walkable with restaurants nearby. The bed was really comfortable. Shower in the Lark Suite is tricky to figure out but a lot of water pressure. While we were there the hot water in the shower did not work very well. We let them know and hopefully it is fixed by now."
