This small hotel is a gem! Beautiful, new apartment sized suites with full kitchen, washer/dryer. Great for an extended stay. We will definitely stay here again.

What a gem! I almost didn’t want to leave a review because this place is such a gorgeous hotel and I want to come back. We come to Newport often and this was the best stay we’d had yet (and I’ve been in a dozen hotels). Beautifully decorated down to real flowers. We stayed in a suite and the pull out bed was so comfy. Highly Recommend - we will be back!!!

Had a great stay here! The property is clean and comfortable. It is also in a great location close to the Cliff walk and a walkable distance to the Newport Shopping/dining areas. The staff were incredibly hospitable. Would stay here again without a doubt!

Great spot. We enjoyed the outdoor area as well. Only thing that would prevent me from staying again is that it is not dog friendly. Most of Newport is so that was a bit of a disappointment.

This is a brand new hotel,6 weeks old.As you might expect, very clean lpwas vand fresh.Easily accessible to the Cliff Walk, mansions,tennis hof,etc.The staff was very helpful and accommodating, making reservations at dinner,etc .

We enjoyed our stay. Great proximity to the tennis hall of fame, coffee shop, restaurants, and stop and shop if you need groceries. Staff was accommodating and helpful. Only things we didn’t like was that the curtains could be better at keeping light out. The sun came in early. We’ll certainly be coming back next year.

The place is excellent and clean. My only reservation is the walls are not well sound proofed. You can hear neighboring rooms easily. Also, additional charges for “parking and Gym” is unjustified, especially since some guests don’t use them.

The staff were extremely nice, and they double check the cleanliness and status of your room after turnover by the cleaning staff. They made a large effort to have the room ready for an earlier check-in. The room itself was very clean (and the bathroom products smell great). The hotel is situated next to the international tennis hall of fame and is a short walk to downtown, or you can take a slightly longer stroll and head toward the cliff walk/mansions!

Loved having an in unit washer and dryer but dryer wasnt heating so we couldnt use it. Two days no wash clothes were left. Overall though rooms are great and location convenient
