Room was clean but had an odor to it. Hot tub was nice. Bed was comfortable. Several light bulbs were out in the lights. No plugs available to charge phone- need to bring one.

Hyatt Place Melbourne / Palm Bay / I-95
There was nobody at the front desk when I arrived. I waited half an hour just to check in after 10 Hour drive. The room didn’t have soap or shower gel. I have stayed at the other Hyatt by the airport, and it doesn’t compare. That one is top notch.

No didnt over look the beach, cause of the burnt out flood plants are in the way. Tv is awful sorry 42 channels dont excite me. Please change them out for Roku TVs.
