"Rooms were clean and everything we needed was there. The traffic was noisy late into the night which made getting to sleep difficult. It was frustrating to find out after making the booking that a car stacker was used which required an appointment with orientation. Given we were not sure when we would arrive, it made it impossible to make an appointment to have the orientation which meant we could not use the parking "

"I’m a regular at Middle Park. It’s sited in my favourite part of Melbourne and parking is a breeze. The rooms are well designed and fairly quiet. All hotels start to slide at some point. Things start to break, things get damaged, people take their eye off the ball. I feel like the first signs of this are starting to appear. A poorly functioning showerhead; a door that won’t properly close; dust and dirt in those hard-to-reach areas of the room, a paint chip here, a scratched cupboard there....

"Location was good, very handy, close to Southern Cross station. Staff were nice. I ended up having to move rooms because the room I had booked had a connecting door to the adjoining room and you could hear the neighbour. I wish this information had been clear when making the booking. Apparently all of their studio apartments have adjoining doors to other rooms. One bedroom apartment was spacious and kitchen had all utensils. TV was 55 inches I believe which is quite generous."

"Honestly, after reading some of the reviews regarding this establishment, I was quite nervous as to what to expect. After staying there, I can confidently say that this property was fantastic. The room was clean, had everything needed, including a coffee machine, the bed was extremely comfortable, no traffic noise and the best thing was the secure yard/parking with locked gates.
