"We stayed here one night as a last minute getaway from the heat back home . The property was spotless and everything was so thoughtful , so many personal touches showing the care they take with their guests . They went above and beyond when I had an issue with my car charging and drove me all the way to it, which would have cost £50 in a taxi. My children loved the animals on site and the owners were very patient answering all their questions ! Thank you so much for your kindness !"

The bathroom was equally poor with black mould on the paintwork, loose loo roll holder, insufficient loo paper for two guests over two nights and not restocked! The drench shower was right over the bath tap controls and not thermostatically controlled. My wife nearly got scalded trying to adjust the over bath shower. "All the staff were friendly and welcoming. Our room was comfortable and spotless. Breakfast was great and included in the stay. Evening meals were some of the best I have had lovely. Absolutely excellent value. Not a modern soulless hotel but an older place with a friendly atmosphere."

"Excellent place in Holyhead. It is a little hard to get a taxi and all the bus stops were closed when we were there due to road work. Transportation was our only challenge and the host was super helpful arranging that for us."
